Data protection

Data protection

Thank you for your interest in our online store. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. In the following we inform you in detail about the processing of your data.

1. Access and hosting data
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a website is called, the web server only automatically stores a server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data sent and the requesting provider (access data) and the documents of the call.

These access data are only evaluated to ensure the proper functioning of the site and to improve our service. In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 6. 1, sentence 1 f) of the SICP, it is intended to protect our legitimate interests when our offer is presented correctly and is overridden by the balance of interests. All access data will be deleted within a maximum of seven days after your visit to the site.

Third Party Hosting Services
As part of the processing on our behalf, a third party provides us with website hosting and presentation services. This is to protect our legitimate interests when we present our offer properly, which prevails in the context of a balance of interests. All data collected in the online store in connection with the use of this website or in the forms provided for that purpose, as described below, are processed on the servers. Processing on other servers only takes place in the structure described here.

This service provider is established in a country outside the European Union for which the European Commission has adopted a decision establishing an adequate level of data protection.

2. Collection and use of data for contract processing and when opening a customer account
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in connection with your order, when you contact us (e.g. through the contact form or email) or when you open a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we need the data to process the contract, or to process your contact or open the customer account, and you cannot complete the order and/or open the account or send the contact without your information. The data collected can be read in the corresponding entry forms. We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 Section 6. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for contract processing and the processing of your requests. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be limited for further processing and will be deleted after storage periods in accordance with tax and commercial law, unless you have given your express consent for further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data beyond what is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement. Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done through a message to the contact option described below or through a function provided in the customer account.

3. data transfer
For the conclusion of the contract in accordance with Art. 6, para. 6. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we transmit your data to the carrier in charge of the delivery, insofar as it is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider you choose in the order process, we transfer the payment data collected for payment processing to the credit institution responsible for payment and, if applicable, to the payment service providers ordered by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, selected payment service providers may also collect this information when an account is created there. In this case, you must log in with your access data to the payment service provider during the ordering process. This is subject to the data protection declaration of the payment service provider in question.

We use payment service providers located in a country outside the European Union. The transfer of personal data to this company only takes place in the context of the need to comply with the agreement.
